About Lived.
We started Lived. because we know what it feels like to search for answers and to find them from someone who truly understands.
Why we built this
Parenting has no handbook. No right answer waits at the end of the page, no formula reliably predicts what tomorrow will need from you. That uncertainty is universal. It always has been. What's new is the noise around it.
We're raising children in a world of information overload, where every answer is also a sales pitch and the line between authentic experience and generated content has all but dissolved. Social media presents itself as the solution and quietly compounds the problem: no standard separates a good piece of information from a bad one, algorithms collapse your view into a single trending path, and false phases sweep through feeds before you've finished questioning the last one. You cannot understand the real depth of another family's experience through a fifteen-second clip.
The alternatives don't close the gap. Therapy is slow, expensive, and built to help you think through your own thoughts, not to challenge them with someone who has lived through what you're living through right now.
Lived. exists for the space between those options.
We are peer connection, not performance. We are depth of experience, not curated highlights. We are people who have actually walked the path you're on, ready to challenge your thinking and offer something practical, not an algorithm guessing at what you want to hear, and not a thousand contradicting voices behind a search bar.
We are not a feed. We are not a sales pitch. We are not a substitute for therapy, or a shortcut to certainty.
We are the handbook that was never written, built page by page by the people who lived it.
What we do
Lived. connects neurodivergent people with consultants who share their lived experience. Not therapists. Not coaches with textbook knowledge. People who have walked your path and can help you walk yours.
Our values
Authenticity
Every consultant has lived experience, not just professional knowledge.
Safety
We take your data, privacy, and wellbeing seriously. Always.
Community
We are building something for our community, with our community.
Inclusion
Neurodivergence looks different for everyone. We embrace all of it.
